Patpong night market
 Patpong night market : Patpong is Bangkok's world renowned red light district. The market is located between Silom road and Surawong Roag road. Besides the nightlife area, there are street vendors selling souvenirs, t-shirts, wallets, bags and home decorative items. Patpong Night Market is also home to many pirated DVDs and CDs, as well as fake designer brands.

China town : Yaowarat or China Town is an ancient area. During the day it is a bustling market for all Chinese products. At night, it is one of the best places in town to taste street food such as a-la carte sea-food, noodle dishes, Thai single dishes such as Lad Nar, Pad Thai and yummy dessert.

Asiatique , brand new boutique overn air shopping mall. Those who stay near sky train or close by river hotel, should not miss this place. it is fund for shop by late afternoon till night and lot of good food to experience.

Khoa san Road : Khoa San Road is well known as a backpacker street which becomes a walking street at night. Street food vendors selling everything from fruit to drinks can be found on Khoa San Road. Tasteful restaurants can also be found all along the street. Moreover, many souvenir shops offer products at bargain prices.

Sapanput

Sapanput (memorial bridge area) : Sapanput is located next to the flower market. From 5.30 p.m. to 1.00 a.m. the street turns into a market. There are clothes, jewellery, cool items, second hand products and snacks sold at night. It is a cool place for a Thai teen.


Flower market : 24 hours - The market sells fruits, flowers, and vegetarian food. At night however there are more sellers than buyers, it is worth a visit anyway.

Bangkok tonight : Night club

   There are several areas to go to find night clubs and pubs in Bangkok. Most of the night club areas are located in the hotel or tourist areas. It consists of Khoa san road, Sukhumvit road Soi 31 to Soi 11 and Soi Cowboy. Most Thai people, go to the RCA area, Langsuan, and Tonglor (Sukhumvit Soi 55).

       Karaoke is also very popular among Thais'. They love singing in private karaoke rooms. The best Karaoke pub is in the Novotel Hotel in Siam Square which is popular amongst Chulalongkorn university students.

    Bangkok tonight : Movie and theater

      Thai movie theatres are worth visiting. The movies are released almost at the same time as those released in the United States and the ticket prices are relatively cheap, which ranges from 120 - 700 Baht (3.5 - 16 US$). The most interesting movie theatre is Siam Paragon. It is big and built in an Opera Hall style. There are also massage services for 15 minutes before the movie starts.

       There are many fine restaurants in the hotels; however there are several places, outside of the hotels which offer a very romantic atmosphere.

    Dinner cruise : Many cruise lines offer cruise trips at night along the Chao Praya River. You can enjoy the scenery of the river at night and pass the Royal temples and the Grand Palace. It can be one of the most memorable trips or romantic night with someone you want to spend your time with.



    The Dome, Sirocco : Inspired Mediterranean Dinning, located on the 63rd fl, at the State Tower Bangkok. The restaurant also has a sky bar where you can view Bangkok city at night. It operates from 5.30 pm till 01.00 am. There is a live Jazz band performance every Tuesday-Sunday at 7.30-12.30 pm.

       Besides night time activities as mentioned above, you can just relax by spending your night at special events held at temples and the Bangkok area or get a Spa treatment or Thai massage.

    Thai massage : Relaxation, increasing blood circulation and releasing stress is what you can get from a Thai massage. Just get to a massage shop and give your self a real break.



    Event in Bangkok and Thailand

       Relating to Thailand holidays for Buddhist ceremonies, the locals believe there are many places you can visit during the cerebrations.

       For the major Buddhist ceremonies (February, Makabucha : May, Visakhabucha : July, Askalahabuja and Khao Phansa : October : Oak Phansa), the celebrations are held in a temple. Listening to the sermon and walking with candles and incense sticks around the temple at night is a common practice by locals.

       Other celebrations are Loy Kratong (November) and Songklan (Thai new year: April 13-15). The best place to spend your night during Loy Kratong is the Golden Mount. During Songklan, you should be around Rattanakosin Island (old city) visit the Lan Mahajetsadamadin, and Pra sumen fort.
