Accommodation check in tips for a hotel in Thailand is a customary process for the reception. The hotel request to take a photocopy of your passport or ID paper and hotel voucher . Therefore, you should prepare these documents before hand.

Some larger hotels may request to have an imprint of your credit card for guarantee, this copy will be destroyed during the check out process after the charges are settled.
It is recommended that late check outs should be requested prior the leaving date to avoid additional charges. Most hotels are warm to this request but high season may pose some negotiation skills. A convenient way out would be to ask your tour organizer to request this on your behalf.

Note : Check in and check out time is about noon (day time). The latest check out will be about 2.00 p.m. If traveling time is late at night, some hotel provides changing room upon request. However, it depends on occupancy.
