Today we(LJ Biz staffs) decided to have our break at our famous street food area. During having a great Lad Nar (gravy noodle dish), we decided to visit the 2-month old small boutique hotel that we established contract rate last week.

The hotel is located near many street food shops and not far from Democracy monument. It is really perfect for someone who loves to try authentic Thai food. It is also easy to reach many ancient temples, Bangkok landmark and Koasan road by foot.

Take two turns from the main street, which is less than 25 meters long, we were stunned with the two-storey wooden Thai house on our left. Its light brown entrance contrasts with the verdant green tree wall. You can get lots of beautiful scenes by only looking from outside. When you take your first step into the hotel area, you would abruptly impress with the cream wooden Thai house.

On your left are two wooden tables with chairs and also big cotton umbrella where you can comfortably sit during your tea time or whenever you want. Behind those tables is a red wall with many little green plants and small spring which will surly make you feel fresh and lively. On your right are also some tables which are next to the verdant green tree wall, you may have your breakfast here.

Now when you want to get into the cozy house, you have to take off your shoes and put them on the brownish shoes shelf next to the stairs. This hotel consists of well 9 rooms which are all well furnished with a white soft double bed and other furniture. Some of the room have private bathroom but some do not so in some room you are required to share bathroom with other gests. In a private bathroom is well decorated with a luxury sink, water closet and shower. The shared bathroom is quite big, there are two sinks and it's open-air but shower rooms are covered with a roof.

The room, which we have photos, is deluxe with LCD television. Even though the room is not so big, it is just very compact which I can use this word for description "cozy and very nice".

Who should stay here? Anyone loves new experience and does not want to stick with main stream hotel which is surely full of gazillion rooms and guests. Also travelers, who wants to feel like living with the local. This hotel may not convenient for very elderly travelers; handicap and very young kids because it is wooden house and need to take off their shoes before get into the house.

Location and around the area ! The hotel located close to nice, clean and safe location which is just across the street it is Bangkok city Hall. This area has great street food and a fine restaurant, Methawalai Sorndean. It is just one block away for Koa san road and if you are active and love to walk, you can get to the Grand Palace within 15 minutes.

Downside : A few tourist find it is incovenient to take a shoe off before get into the house.
