It is a bit inconvenient to travel from here to the Bangkok attractions and night life places, and it could take you longer to get there. Plus, if you buy a joint tour program, you may need to wake up early (for example at 6:00 am) to join the tour.
If possible, request for a room on a high floor for a phenomenal nighttime view of this bustling metropolis.
