James Bond Island day trip By Guide Buay
Phang Nga Bay well known as James Bond Island, there were in fact two islands featured in the movie (The Man with the Golden Gun). Koh Khao Phing Kan in Phang-Nga Bay was the bad guy’s base and cone-shaped (broad at the top and narrow at the bottom similar to nail shape) Koh Tapu where he hid what we would call today a ‘weapon of mass destruction’.
James Bond Island is a ‘must see’ destination which many people recommend. Most people reach the island by tour. The tours do often include a lunch at Koh Panyi which is a step in the right direction. There are some genuinely beautiful sights to be seen. I advice Just Do it… despite everything, it’s an enjoyable trip!

Notes: Take a trip to Phang Nga Bay and visit the most famous island James Bonds Island. Our one day package includes a stop at Kho Tapu appearing in the James Bond Movie. “The Man with the golden gun”.
In the afternoon, a special stop is also proposed at Khai island where the participants can enjoy snorkeling, relaxing and sunbathing on the beach of this lovely island. During this stop, our boat will travel to deeper water area for those who interested and they can enjoy their best of snorkeling with colorful corals and fishes.
7.30-8.15 hrs. Pick up from hotel
9.00 hrs Depart from the Ao Poh pier and head to Phang-nga Bay on Cruiser boat. Then Cruise to Pang- nga Bay and stop at Panak Island sea cave lagoon. Visit Panorama points on Hong island. Then, hope down to the world famous James Bond island (lunch on board). Then, enjoy swimming and relaxing on Naka Lawa island.
