Night Market in Bangkok
: Suan Lum

by Guide Mee

Suan Lum is one of the largest night market in Bangkok. It is a huge shopping area, where many inexpensive souvenir shops, good air conditioned restaurants, food courts and beer gardens with live music are located. Also, it is a famous market where many activities can be found, such as riding a rotating swing. night market in Bangkok Suanlum

Due to the large area, the market is divided into many sections, and the products sold are of mixed variety, such as hand-made souvenirs, carved woods, home decorations, clothes, painting, jewelry, etc. Bargaining should be done. Branded products are not seen much. You are recommended to walk around the market before deciding to make a purchase, because you might get a better price at another shop. Perhaps, you will end up buying interesting things that you had not expected to buy before!

Bangkok Night Market VS Weekend Market

Some people say that this place is similar to the Chatuchak Weekend Market. However, unlike the Weekend Market, Suan Lum is open every night. Therefore, if you are not available to go shopping to Chatuchak on weekends, you can go to the Suan Lum Night Market instead. Unfortunately, no plants, trees, pets, fish are sold.
