| Hat Patong ( หาดป่าตอง) : 15 kilometers from town, Patong is Phuket's most popular and developed beach which serve variety of entertainment such as excellent nightclubs, bars, high-quality restaurants providing fresh seafood . Also, it offers shopping centers, white sand beach with crystal clear water and water sports such as jet skis, banana boats, parachutes and windsurfs. | Laem Phromthep ( แหลมพรหมเทพ) : Phromthep Cape is located between Kata and Rawaii and it is a headland forming the extreme south end of Phuket. "Phrom" is Thai for the Hindu term, "Brahma," signifying purity, and "Thep" means 'God.' Local villagers used to refer to the cape as "Laem Chao", or the God's Cape . Indeed, it is so romantic to see sunset there. |

Hat Karon ( หาดกะรน) : The second largest of Phuket's tourist beaches, some 20 kilometres from town. Large resort complexes line the road behind of the shoreline, but the long, broad beach itself has no development. The sand is very white and soft. When you walk on, you would feel like you were on cloud . There are plenty of restaurants and tourist stores right across the street from the beach. The southern point has a fine coral reef stretching toward Kata and Bu Island. There is also its sister beach Karon Noi. |

View Point ( จุดชมวิว) This is located mid-point between Nai Han and Kata beaches. The scenic Kata Noi, Kata and Karon beaches, and Ko Pu Island can be viewed from this point. Do not miss sunrise and sunset!

| Wat Chalong ( วัดฉลองหรือวัดไชยธาราราม) : This is located in the Southern section of the island. It is the temple where the monk statue of Luang Pho Cham houses. He helped the people of Phuket put down the Angyee, or Chinese Coolie Rebellion, in 1876 during the reign of Rama V. There are also statues of Luang Pho Chuang, and Luang Pho Cham, abbots of the temple during later times. |

Khao Phra Thaeo Wildlife Conservation Development and Extension Centre
(สถานีพัฒนาและส่งเสริมการอนุรักษ์สัตว์ป่าเขาพระแทว) : It's duty is to promote, distribute and wildlife within Khao Phra Thaeo wildlife park. The park is full of virgin forest and also actively conserves a number of wild animals; they would otherwise be extinct in Phuket. It is a center for study of the environment and the forest vegetation is spectacular. Giant trees supported by huge buttresses are thick with creepers and climbers of every description.
Old Phuket Town It is not like other places in other towns with Sino-Portuguese shops. There are various kinds of authentic food in excellent restaurants. The mix of colonial and Chinese architectures. Amazingly, it is interesting to see those buildings in Phuket.

Bangla Road : The nightlife of Phuket is famous around the world and is one of the main attractions for many travelers visiting Phuket. If you want to experience the Phuket nightlife at its best, then be sure to plan an evening visit to Bangla road in Patong. There are excellent nightclubs, bars and restaurants along the road.
Muay Thai : Muay Thai is a form of martial art which originates from Thailand . Importantly, it is a national sport for years. If you have never been to a Thai boxing fight then be sure to visit one of the Muay Thai fights which are organized regularly in both Patong as well as Phuket town. You will never know how much it is hurt, but fun until you apply for being a Thai boxing trainee in a Thai boxing camp. Do not be scared, just little bleeding! Nowadays not only big-muscle men are boxers but also beautifully pretty girls and women are.
Big Buddha Statue : One of the newest Phuket attractions is the Big Buddha Statue which is located on the top of a large hill overlooking the island and the Andaman Sea . The Big Buddha statue on Phuket is over 45 meters in height and cost nearly 1 million dollars to build.

Diving in the Andaman Sea : Phuket is a world class diving destination and the Andaman Sea offers the ideal diving destination. If you have never done any diving before then what better time to get your PADI certificate then during your vacation on Phuket.
