The Terms and Conditions relate between you, the passenger, and us, LJ biz or "www.lets-tour-bangkok.com". Please be sure to carefully read these terms & conditions and make sure you understand your rights and obligations and our rights and obligations.

LJ Biz Travel Product consist of

  1. Tour Package: A combination of day trip, sightseeing visit, transfer service, hotel booking, air ticket. It is consist of fixed departure tour package (fixed date departure) and standard tour package.
  2. Excursion (Day trip, short excursion) and tour service and ticket booking service such as show ticket for instance.
  3. City Transportation : private transport for rent such as car, van, speed boat and bus hire
  4. Destination transportation:air, bus and train ticket for instance.
  5. Hotel booking
  6. Guide service: guide service by full day or half day service

Terms and Condition of LJ Biz Travel Products

1. Price, Tours Included, Optional Extra, local payment and late booking

1.1 Price

Our tour package price is per person, based on double occupancy, unless otherwise specified. All tour prices are based on the services specified in each tour's detailed itinerary as per the "PACKAGE PRICES INCLUDED" section. Services are sold as a complete package and LJ Biz will not provide a breakdown of trip component costs. All prices quoted are based on availability and subject to change without notice, as airlines and hotels can unexpectedly impose rate increases. Airfare may increase between time of booking/payment and issuing of ticket due to fuel surcharges and other fees imposed at the discretion of the airlines. In any case, no surcharge will be imposed after a passenger is fully paid.

THE PRICES Ex-INCLUDED

Tours do not include the following: service charges for obtaining passports and/or visas, departure taxes, customs/immigration user fees, airport passenger facility charges, insurance, liquors, wines, mineral waters, sightseeing tours and excursions that are not specifically included in itineraries or shown as optional, tips at local restaurants, hotels, or for guides and drivers, and all other items and expenses of a personal nature.

1.2 Optional extra or optional tour

Optional extras (e.g. island jet skiing) do not form part of an adventure program contract. It is understood by each traveler that any assistance given by LJ Biz in arranging such extras does not render the company liable for such extras.

1.3 Local payment

Some of our trips require a compulsory local payment, which is part of the contract with you (the customer) and LJ Biz Ltd. This amount is the final payment for your trip and is to be paid in the specified currency, in cash to your leader upon arrival. The local payment is non-refundable, and is considered part of the total trip payment.

Further details and information on your local payment are shown in our brochures, website and in the trip notes.

Paying locally facilitates the flow of funds to local suppliers in countries that we travel through and therefore helps to reduce the overall cost of your trip.

1.4 Late booking charge for fixed departure tour package

Any booking made within 15 days prior to the departure day, LJ BIZ has rights to charge a late booking of Baht 1,000 per booking or group.

2. Booking conditions and cancellation by LJ Biz

2.1 When you e-mail us

Your chosen departure day, we will reply to you within 24 hours. Your booking will be completely confirmed when you make deposit or a full payment before arrival, unless otherwise specified.

2.2 For fixed departure tour package product

Traveling less than require minimum number of traveler of each trip, LJ BIZ has rights to adjust some tour program in an itinerary without prior notice. We also reserve the rights to cancel any trip before it is guaranteed to run.

2.3 NON-AVAILABILITY

Non-availability of tour products after deposit or full payment: All of tour Products offered by us are subjected to availability and acceptance, at the discretion of the Supplier of such product or service. In case of your selected Travel Product is not available, LJ Biz (www.lets-tour-bangkok.com) shall use its reasonable endeavors to suggest an alternative product or service of similar pricing and quality.

2.4 Cancellation by LJ Biz

LJ Biz Co.tld reserves the right to cancel any trip before it is guaranteed to run (confirmed), but will not cancel a tour less than 45 days before departure. A trip is guaranteed to run once it has one fully-paid traveler, unless minimum numbers state otherwise. This applies to departures within the validity range. LJ Biz Co.tld reserves the right to cancel any trip, including a guaranteed trip. If LJ Biz Co.tld cancels a trip on which you are holding a fully paid booking you may choose between an alternative trip or a full refund. The company is not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or loss of enjoyment, etc. If the alternative trip chosen is of a lower value than that originally booked then you are entitled to a refund of the price difference. If the alternative tour chosen is of a higher value then you will pay the difference in price.

2.5 Cancellation by LJ Biz due to unexpected circumstance

LJ Biz Co.tld reserves the right to cancel any trip, including a guaranteed trip, at any time prior to departure due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability or other external events which make it unviable for LJ Biz Co.tld to operate our planned schedule. The company is not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights, loss of enjoyment, or any of unused service. Please see detail of Trip insurance to protect you benefit below.

3. Deposit, Amendment, Cancelation by travelers and Refund

3.1 Deposits & Payments

For tour package, destination transport service and hotel reservation, a deposit of 50% of total tour price per person is required in order to confirm all services. Final payment is due 45 days prior to service date. For excursion, guide service and city transportation, a deposit is requested for 30% of total price in order to confirm your booking. The balance payment can be made on your arrival or service date, unless otherwise specified.

3.2 Amendment, Amendment fee (changing the program or date of travel), Cancellation conditions, cancellation charge and refund time

The booking amendments or cancellation need to be informed us via email or phone. Please see condition of each Travel product below. Refund is calculated from total price deduct cancellation charge and bank fee (which is vary by beneficial bank. We are in charge of transfer fee on our part). We will send money back to you within 10 days official working after final cancellation confirmed. Money will reach you within 5-10 business days depend on country.

3.2.1 Tour Package

  • Amendment need to be made not less than 15 business days prior to service date (in case of emergency, please contact our reservation directly.)
  • We will not be responsible for any (additional) charges incurred after cancellations/ amendments without confirmation from our side.
  • No refund will be applied to travelers due to your delayed arrival or missed transfer or missed tours. You will be able to catch up your group by paying your own expense.
  • The cancellation and amendment fee are subjected to change if otherwise specific.

3.2.2 City Transportation, Excursion (day trip, ticket) and Guide Service

  • Amendment - Traveler can change program or travel date with at least 3 days (official working day) before beginning service date in advance and inform us via email or phone. However, your balance will be adjusted if the changes involve upgrades or supplementary products or services.
  • Amendment need to be made not less than 4 business days prior to check-in date (in case of emergency, please contact our reservation directly.)
  • We will not be responsible for any (additional) charges incurred after cancellations/ amendments without confirmation from us.

3.2.3 Hotel booking

  • Amendment on hotel booking, please see detail below which is describe by normal, high and peak season. However it is subjected to hotel policy which we will inform you upfront before deposit requested.
  • NO-SHOW or early check out is non refundable. (Cancellation without advance notice)

Period: May 1 - October 31 for All Thailand Destination

3.2.4 Destination transportation ticket

Amendment and cancellation on destination transportation (air ticket, train ticket, cruise, boat) is subjected to airline, train company or operator company policy which we will inform you upfront before you made a booking and payment.

4. Payment

Payment may be made by wire transfer, paypal.com, western union, or credit card (American Express, Visa and MasterCard).

After payments made, the clients must email or fax to us of the bank slip to the fax number (++66 2 616 6008).

If payment does not reach us in time, we have the right to release the booking without notice.

5. No Use service during the tour policy, No-show, early check out

Unused Services: There are no refunds for unused services. Further, discounts can not be given if the client requests changes in program once deposit has been paid. I.e. missing a day of a multi-day trip does not result in a partial refund of trip price once the trip has been booked and initial deposit paid.

In case of NO-SHOW or early check out, is non refundable. (Considered as cancellation without the required advance notice)

6. Airline Baggage Condition

For international flights, the limit is two checked bags per person, the total dimensions of which must not exceed 106 inches (with no piece larger than 62 inches or exceeding 35 kilograms). For domestic flights within the Thailand or Southeast Asia country baggage may not exceed 44 lbs. or 20 kilograms. Additionally, one piece of carry-on luggage is allowed which may not exceed total dimensions of 45 inches. Excess baggage charges are strictly enforced and it is the responsibility of the passenger to pay these charges at the airport before departure. 7. Responsibility

LJ Biz acts as tour operator and agent for the companies they represent, and as a consequence accept no responsibility for accidents, damages, baggage losses, and/or delays due to weather, acts of God, acts of governments or authorities, wars, strikes, criminal acts committed by third parties, theft, pilferage or to faults or defaults of any company used for carrying out these tours. Although LJ Biz anticipates no changes in the itineraries or accommodations, etc. as printed herein, the right is reserved to make any changes with or without notice that might become necessary in the best interests of the tours. In such cases any additional expenses must be borne by the passenger. LJ Biz reserves the right to decline, accept or to retain any person as a member of any tour at any time. The airlines concerned are not held responsible for any act; omissions or event during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyances. All fares shown by the airlines are subject to change at any time without notice, and land costs are based on present value of foreign currencies in relation to the U.S. dollar, and in current tariffs, and are subject to adjustment until time of final payment by passenger. LJ Biz is not responsible for faulty, inferior or non-delivery of any items purchased by tour passengers during their trip

8. Trip insurance

You are strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance at the time of booking which will cover cancellation penalties in certain circumstances (Note: such insurance will not cover a change of mind). Please check at www.travelguard.com or www.travelsafe.com for insurance plan.

9. Terms & Conditions

A complete tour contract will be forwarded to each participant of the tour. The contract outlines all of the terms and conditions pertaining to this booking, and must be signed and returned to our office prior to the tour departure. All services and prices are subject to change without notice.

10. Documents

A complete pre-departure travel package will be forwarded to you at a maximum of one week prior to your departure date.

11. Travel Documents

Every traveler must be in possession of valid travel documents, including passports for the duration of all tour. Note: your passport must be valid for a minimum of six months in order to legally enter Thailand and Southeast Asia country. We highly recommend you to have at least 6-15 free pages on your passport for immigration of each country which you will visit.

12. Medical Issues

You must advise us in writing, at or prior to booking, of any physical, emotional or mental condition which may require professional attention during the trip or may require the use of special equipment. If you fail to disclose any such conditions, LJ Biz may refuse to allow you to take the trip and you will forfeit the trip cost; and in such event we shall have no liability, financial or otherwise.

If you are so challenged, you must bring and be responsible for all necessary items related to your condition. If any such condition arises after the trip is booked, you must advise us in writing immediately. Failure to advise us shall release LJ Biz and all professional personnel from any liability related to such condition or its treatment.

If you require a wheelchair, you must provide your own small, collapsible wheelchair. Certain features, and certain trips, are not wheelchair-accessible. We cannot guarantee any wheelchair assistance or accessibility in international destinations. LJ Biz reserves the right to decline any trip participant whose condition, in our opinion, may affect the health, safety or enjoyment of other participants.
