Reservations, deposit and Payments

Reservations :

All reservations are to be made direct to LJ Biz COMPANY(www.lets-tour-bangkok.com) Bangkok only. All details are necessary. Names of passengers, arrival date, departure date, flight details and accommodation requested should be made as early as possible, especially for the months of November-April. We recommend you make reservation at least 30 days before departure date. However, we accept the late booking but can not be responsible if can not book the hotel or local guide as mention on itinerary.

Tour Rate

All rates are subject to Service Charge and applicable Government Tax.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- Tour rate will be converted into Thai Baht as per LJ Biz exchange rate on the day of the arrival if the rate is shown in another currency.

Deposit, Payments, Refunds & Cancellations:

Once you are satisfied and confirm with our itinerary and quotation, please follow our deposit payment instructions.

Deposit

• Tour package : Deposit is requested for 30-50 % of Full payment, after invoice date within a week or as mension.
• Air ticket, Hotel booking : Full payment is requested , after invoice date with in a week or as mension.
• Full payment is requested after confirmation if travel during Thai Festival or peak period.

After receive your deposit, we will then proceed with the reservation and preparation of your trip.

Full payment/ Balance Payment

Balance payment should be made with our local representative at the first day you start the tour.

Refund / Cancellation / No show

The deposit is non refundable for cancellation and no show. Unless, you notify us at least 20 days in advance before the service date. We will return deposit after deduct all fee (banking fee + administration fee) to you, buy paypal or wire transfer.

How to pay for our services :

Any payment for tours, hotels, air tickets or other services will be made after the clients agree with the price offered. To confirm any booking the payments must be made in advance before you arrival in Bangkok, or others city as stated on the program. That means we can guarantee all arrangements.

If payments made by bank transfer, to confirm those payment the clients must fax to us of the bank slip to the fax number (+66 2 616 6008) and our accountant can be followed.

If payment does not reach us in time, we have the right to release the booking without notice. LJ Biz COMPANY(www.lets-tour-bangkok.com) accepts cash, American Express credit card, wire transfer, and pay pal

Payment :

1. Cash : This method is exclusive for customer within Bangkok area only, you can pay cash to LJ Biz (www.lets-tour-bangkok.com) representative who provides you the evidence of receipt and hotel voucher in return.

2. PayPal.com : Our company sends invoice to you via email (pimolpun17@yahoo.com). International Bank surcharge apply for 15 US $ with transaction amount less than 500 US $.

3. Wire Transfer to our account at

Oversea Remittance or domestic payment : Payment should be received before ticketing due date, with all bank transfer charges/ fees to be paid by client. Kindly inform your bank to pay in full to cover all bank transfer fee. Please fax or e-mail a copy of pay-in slip at askeng@lets-tour-bangkok.com or fax. +66 (0) 2 616-6008

4. Credit card Payment

Currently, we accept American express, Visa and Master card.

We will email booking confirmation together with secured online payment site, where your credit card information must be filled, page will be showed completed and then we need to get approved code from Amex, visa and Master card. After approved, payment confirmation will be sent via email to you.

Amendments :

Any additional charges for second amendment, a nominal fee for our communication and services will be added.[to the top]

Accommodation :

All accommodation is on "Run Of House" or standard room basis. The right is reserved to substitute hotel accommodation of a similar grade when necessary, from those mentioned in the package tour tariff. In addition, LJ biz COMPANY( lets-tour-bangkok.com) cannot be held responsible for hotel over booking situations, when the hotel may relocate the individuals or the tour. However, we will do our utmost to ensure this relocation will be in accommodation of a similar category.[to the top]

Peak Season Supplements :

During the tourist high season in Thailand from November until April all hotels will add a high-season supplement charge to the annual contract room rates. Full payment should be made before guests arrive, plus the cost of the compulsory Gala Dinners on Christmas and New Year's Eve. These surcharges will be added to our contract rate to you when your booking is confirmed.[to the top]

Liability :

Whilst every effort will be made to promote requested services, LJ biz COMPANY( www.lets-tour-bangkok.com) acts only as an agent for airlines, hotels, transportation companies and tourist offices providing the services and other contracts. As such, LJ biz COMPANY (www. lets-tour-bangkok.com) is not liable or responsible for any loss, injury, death, accident, damages, claims for additional expenses due to incidents which occur, delays, political action, change of schedules or other irregularities arising from circumstances beyond its control. This includes such irregularities as vehicle defects, acts of God, delays, government restriction, civil disturbance, accidents by boat, bicycle, motor vehicle or any other form of transport or any form of accommodation. Terms & Conditions:

A complete tour contract will be forwarded to each participant of the tour. The contract outlines all of the terms and conditions pertaining to this booking, and must be signed and returned to our office prior to the tour departure. Documents:

A complete pre-departure travel package will be forwarded to you at a maximum of one weeks prior to your departure date.[to the top]

Travel Documents :

Every traveler must be in possession of valid travel documents, including passports for the duration of all tour. Note: your passport must be valid for a minimum of six months in order to legally enter Thailand.[to the top]

Medical Issues

You must advise us in writing, at or prior to booking, of any physical, emotional or mental condition which may require professional attention during the trip or may require the use of special equipment. If you fail to disclose any such conditions, L J Biz may refuse to allow you to take the trip and you will forfeit the trip cost; and in such event we shall have no liability, financial or otherwise.

If you are so challenged, you must bring and be responsible for all necessary items related to your condition. If any such condition arises after the trip is booked, you must advise us in writing immediately. Failure to advise us shall release L J Biz and all professional personnel from any liability related to such condition or its treatment.

If you require a wheelchair, you must provide your own small, collapsible wheelchair. Certain features, and certain trips, are not wheelchair-accessible. We cannot guarantee any wheelchair assistance or accessibility in international destinations. L J Biz reserves the right to decline any trip participant whose condition, in our opinion, may affect the health, safety or enjoyment of other participants. [to the top]
