Day2 City -City : Bangkok

Enjoy walking in the Flower Market where various kinds of flowers such as orchids, roses, lotuses, jasmine can be seen. Visit the spectacular previous Kings' residence, Grand Palace . Explore the Royal temple and the Center of Massage called the Reclining Buddha temple or Wat Pho .
Day 3 City -City : Bangkok - Ayutthaya - Bangkok

Drive to the second capital of Thailand , Ayutthayaconsidered as the world heritage in 1991. Visit Bang Pa -In Summer Palace . See Wat Chiwatthanaram built in Khmer style and Wat Phra Srisaphet and Viharn Phra Mongkolbophit . Next, pay homage for luck and happiness in Wat Mahathat and Wat Rachaburana . Have lunch on board and cruise back to Bangkok with Horizon cruise, operate by Shangri La hotel.
Day 4 City -City : Bangkok – Chiang Rai

Transfer to Bangkok airport and continue flight to Chiang rai. Then, visit Opium Hall museum. The museum is built to educate visitor about history of opium and drug tradition in Golden triangle area. Opium was grown and trading here widely 40 years ago. Many people know how bad the opium effect to society. Visiting here will open various perspective and in-depth information about how was opium come and gone from this region. Continue the trip to, the Golden Triangle which is once well known as the biggest opium and illegal drug trade area. Now , a day it is a good location spot for see Thailand, Laos and Myanmar border. Continue to Mea sai , the Thai Burmese border market. And visiting Chiangsen historical city where you can visit temple ruins and learn history of Chiangsen.
Day 5 City -City : Chiang Rai – Chaing mai

After breakfast, check-out your hotel and drive to visit Ethnic Minority Communities of different ethnic minority groups and hill tribes in Mae Sai: Akha, Kahu, Tai Yai and ethnic Chinese immigrants. These groups continue to perform ancient rituals and celebrate traditional folk festivals throughout the year. With many aspects of their culture and way of life well preserved, these ethnic communities are of immense ethnographic interest and importance to the study and preservation of the rich cultural heritage of Asia. The village communities have managed to achieve a level of sustainable development that fosters the harmonious co-existence of indigenous culture and the surrounding natural environment. Take lunch along the way, either a picnic box or at a local roadside restaurant.
Continue your drive to Chiang Mai – the largest and most culturally significant city in northern Thailand among some of the highest mountains in the country. The city stands on the Ping River – a major tributary of the Chao Phraya River. If time permits, en route stop at any places you are interested such as: a hot spring at Viang Pa Pao to have opportunities to take photos and meet with locals for interaction. Check-in the hotel and have dinner at the hotel (LJ Biz helps to reserve a nice table, guest pays directly).
Day 6 City -City : Chaing mai – Chaing dow – Chiang mai

After breakfast, head out on an excursion to visit an elephant working site located at Ta Yaak Village, Chiang Dao District, approximately 70 km from Chiang Mai. The elephant working camp on the banks of the Mae Ping River and surrounded by rocky hills is where you can see the elephants take a bath in river, drag and push logs. An interesting demonstration of how trained elephants are used as work animals in the teak forests of Thailand around 10.00am. Next, enjoy an exciting trek on an elephant back around camp through the jungle and along the river. 
Afterwards, board bamboo rafts along a very picturesque stretch of the Mea Ping River to see the beautiful scenery down the river. The rafting lasts about an hour but depends on the depth of the water and the speed of the current. Lunch is at a local restaurant.
Return to Chaing mai visit the Tribal Museum. The octagonal facility houses a large collection of handicrafts, costumes, jewelry ornaments, household utensils, agricultural tools, musical instruments and ceremonial paraphernalia, along with various informative displays concerning the cultural features and backgrounds of each of the major hill tribes in Thailand. There is also an exhibition on activities carried out by the Thai royal family on behalf of the hill tribes, as well as various buts of research and development sponsored by governmental and nongovernmental agencies.
Day 7: City -City : Chaing mai

At 8:30 hrs, be picked up at your hotel and go to Ruamchook Market with your chef. She will explain about rice, how to make fresh coconut milk and how to choose seasonings. Then spend some time walking around to take pictures and watch vendors selling their products. Upon arrival at the farm, take a walk around the farm with the explanation of the chef about the herbs growing and ingredients. Then learn to cook the first three courses you choose and have lunch with what you have prepared on the terrace overlooking the fishpond where you will have a splendid view of the entire farm as well as the lush nearby mountains.
After lunch, free at leisure to take a walk and admire the beautiful landscape, rice fields around the farm. This will be a wonderful memory and experience to discover a different Thailand. Afterwards, continue learning how to cook some other courses and the chef will give banana leaf cups to pack your ‘afternoon’ take-away-meal. Then transfer to the airport for your flight back to Bangkok. Upon arrival in Bangkok, meet up with your guide and transfer to your hotel for check-in and overnight. Dinner is on your own. 
Day 8 City -City : Chaing mai

For early risers:Highly recommended because this is a gentle way to see Chiang Mai Buddhist people’s life:wake up early in the morning and take a ride to Kruba Sri Vichat Statue, the holy monk of Northern Thailand to take part in a daily Buddhist ceremony “Tak Bat” or “Merit Making” by giving offerings to monks on their arms-rounds with local people. Purify your mind and learn how to give and learn a part of Buddhism. Travel back to the hotel and have breakfast.
Afterwards, head out into Chiang Mai and drive through different parts of the city, passing old city walls, gates and city moat, markets, residential areas, foreign consulates, government buildings and Tapae, Chiang Mai’s main street to Doi (Mount) Suthep to visit Wat Phrathad Doi Suthep built in 1383 on Doi Suthep (3500 feet above sea – level), is the symbol of Chiangmai. It is the most sacred temple in the city and contains the holy relic of the Lord Buddha which is enshrined in the magnificent golden pagoda with a challenging flight of over 300 steps, flanked by enormous mythological Nagas. A panoramic view of the city and the surrounding countryside can be seen from the temple grounds
Then, continue to Wat Suan dok. Phaya Keu Na, the sixth Lanna king, built Wat Suan dok in a forest grove in 1373 as a place where the visiting Phra Sumana Thera, a teaching monk from Sukhothai , could spend the rains retreat. There are many of interesting places in this temple. Bell shape Stupa enshrine the Lord Buddha relic. Tombs is for kept Lanna royal family members. Beside long history , this temple is also well known for meditation training.
