Thai cooking class Chiang mai & Cycling Trip

This Chiang mai trip starts in the morning for a cycling tour. Ride through the village and along the riverside. Stop at local temple which is less tourist visit. Continue to McKean, Leprosy rehabilitation center and admire people have been caring and helping each other. Stop at vegetable plantation with all kinds of fruits and herb which necessary for Thai cooking such as cabbage, chili, born, eggplant, pea, shallot , garlic , banana ,and mango for instance. Visit Wieng Kum Kam, ruin city or ancient underground empire of Lanna Kingdom which has archeological excavations and sties.

Take a break in the afternoon, later continue for cooking class. Start with shopping at the local market. Go to our Lanna style house cooking school. There are 4 menus to start cooking. We go slowly by cooking and tasting the food for one dish at the time. Tea break is also provided with walking around the house.

Cycling and Thai cooking class Chiang Mai : Itinerary

MORNING 08.30 AM : Met and Transferred by an English Speaking Guide from the hotel to Trekker camp, a centre of cycling tour & gears where briefly information about a cycling route as well as the instructions of using the mountain bike will be explained. 09h00: Start cycling from here via Padad-Singhakam route passing Padad Tai village along the Ping

LUNCH 11.30 AM : Start cooking local Thai food joining with the host (the same person who owns vegetable plantation) then enjoy lunch amidst the countryside atmosphere at Pa Kaew

AFTERNOON 14.00 PM : Arrive the house of Coconut Shell
